Micks Branded pies, established in 1990 have grown to

The original brand Micks Bakehouse was success story of mine,
Michael Di Salvatore, who, at the age of fourteen, started
helping out in the bakery in my parent’s supermarket in
Leeton, a country town based in regional New South Wales,
where my passion for baking quickly developed.

I went on to develop my skills and continued to enter
baking competitions, and in 1998 won First Place in the
Sydney Royal Champion Pie event for his plain meat pie.
Since then, Mick’s Branded Pies has been the most
distinguished competitor in two of Australia’s most
prestigious bakery competitions, “The Great Aussie Pie
Competition” and the “Sydney Royal Fine Food Show”.
